Anyone who is referred to the Macmillan Wellbeing Centre is invited to the Centre to meet with a Supportive Care Co-ordinator to discuss their concerns and ways in which we can help them.
Co-ordinators are professionals with a healthcare background, who are experienced in offering emotional and practical support, tailored to each individual. When more than one person from the same family attends the Centre, we will always try to allocate a different Co-ordinator to work with them.
The Co-ordinator will devise an individual plan of therapies or activities and will act as a continued point of contact and support within the Centre.
